Suheir Hammad won the Best Actress award at the last spectacular AMAL Festival. The International Euro-Arab Film Festival, organised for the first time in 2003, by the Fundación Araguaney-Puente de Culturas (Bridging Cultures) and held in Santiago de Compostela is the only festival in Europe aiming to present the social and cultural reality in Arab countries to a more and more increasing audience.

Being no stranger to winning prestigious awards, Suheir Hammad has once again proven that her talent, passion and determination are exceptional and only worthy of the Best.
